We accept applications in both English and the language of your location. For some roles, using English can be helpful since not everyone involved in the hiring process may speak the local language.

You can update your resume at any time during the application process. Simply follow the instructions in your candidate profile or reach out to our recruiting team if you need support.

When can I expect feedback after submitting my application or completing an interview?
Once you have submitted your application, our recruiting team will keep you informed about the status and provide feedback. Depending on the number of applications, it might take a few days – we appreciate your patience.

How many vacation days do you offer?
For full-time roles in Germany, we offer 30 vacation days per year. Vacation policies may vary slightly by country – feel free to ask about the specifics for your location.

Is remote or hybrid work possible at Natuvion?
Yes, we offer flexible remote and hybrid work models. Through our Flexwork offer, you can work remotely from another European country for up to 3 months per year.

Does Natuvion offer mentoring or onboarding programs for new employees?
Yes! From day one, you'll be matched with a mentor who supports you during your journey. Your mentor is there to help you navigate the company, answer any open questions, and ensure you have a smooth and confident start.
On your first day, you’ll join a welcome session together with other new starters in one of our Natuvion offices or virtually. From day two onward, you’ll move into your role-specific onboarding within your department, where your team will guide you through everything you need to know.
