Structured detailed design as preparation for the Realize phase

In the Explore phase, we work with you to develop a detailed set of requirements. Based on analyzed processes, we determine in Fit-to-Standard workshops whether existing processes should be adopted, migrated to the provider's standard, or newly implemented. During this process, we identify gaps and uncover optimization potential.

Our tailored Explore approach adds value where needed while preserving proven processes, preventing unnecessary rework, and ensuring an efficient and effective transition. This phase also includes key decisions on user interface design, security concepts (e.g., authorization models), and detailed planning for the Realize Phase.
