The environment for utilities is changing at fast pace: evolving customer expectations, digitalization, cyber risks, an increasingly competitive landscape, and continuously new regulatory requirements. Utilities are under high pressure to adapt, both organizationally and technically. But how can they successfully shape the energy transition, introduce innovative business models, and realize competitive advantages in the long term? With modern IT solutions such as SAP Utilities Core! However, what is the best way for utilities to master the transformation?
Standardized transformation methods

To support customers in moving to SAP Utilities Core and ensure a smooth transformation process, the four partners Capgemini Invent, cronos, Energy4U, and Natuvion have joined forces and launched the Utilities Enablement Community for SAP with the support of SAP. The goal of the community is to offer standardized transformation methods that reduce the duration, costs and risks of a transformation project while increasing security.
Together, the partners are developing standardized methodologies, best practices, and market-ready templates that provide customers with a reliable path from SAP IS-U to SAP Utilities Core (SAP S/4HANA Utilities). These are applicable to the entire energy industry, both nationally and internationally.
