Natuvion is expanding its international partner business. In this interview, Marco Coriand, Global Head of Partner and Customer Success, explains why partnerships are becoming increasingly important, how partners and customers benefit, and why successful transformations depend on collaboration.
The timing. Natuvion is at an exciting point in its growth. In recent years, the company has focused heavily on project business and consulting. At the same time, we are increasingly becoming a provider of our own software solutions. Helping shape this next phase and building a scalable partner business is especially exciting to me. Building and developing partner ecosystems has been a key part of my career, so this role is a great fit.
Because the foundation is in place. Natuvion has built a strong direct sales organization over the past few years. Now, the next step is to scale our partner business in a more structured way. The Natuvion Data Conversion Suite is a major driver. Our goal is to expand the platform’s international reach significantly. We cannot achieve that at scale on our own. Large transformation programs require a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and local market experience. Strong partnerships bring those capabilities together.
A central one. Partners help us enter new markets faster and add specialized expertise in specific industries and regions. Large IT transformations increasingly require multiple companies to work together. No single provider can cover everything, especially at the speed businesses expect today. That’s why we don’t see partnerships as simply another sales channel. They are a strategic part of our business model.
It starts with a different perspective. Traditional partner management often focuses on generating additional revenue through partners. That matters, but it doesn’t go far enough. Partner Success starts with a different question: How can our partners build successful businesses with our solutions? That means involving partners more closely. We exchange market feedback, work together on customer engagements, and develop joint offerings. The goal is not a short-term deal. It is sustainable, long-term growth for both sides.
One opportunity is making our partner strategy more visible in the market. If we want to involve partners more closely, existing and potential partners need to clearly understand our commitment. International expansion is another major opportunity. Natuvion is active across the U.S., APAC, and multiple European markets. Successful partnerships from our core markets can create new opportunities internationally. Technology expands that potential even further. The Natuvion Data Conversion Suite can support migrations beyond traditional SAP environments. That opens the door to new partner models, new customer opportunities, and additional markets.

Partners get a more structured framework for growth. Global Partner Success Management serves as the central connection between our partners and Natuvion’s local organizations. The team builds and develops partnerships and creates opportunities for joint customer engagements. Our dedicated Partner Marketing team helps partners increase market visibility through campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives. Partner Delivery Management provides training, enablement, and technical support. The goal is clear: enable partners to successfully deliver projects with our technology independently.
It starts with a solution the partner truly believes in. If a product does not solve a meaningful customer problem, no partner program can make it successful. Focus is just as important. Different industries and markets require different types of partners. You need to be clear about where and with whom you want to grow. Trust completes the picture. Successful partnerships require both sides to think long term and treat each other as true business partners.
Revenue and the number of joint projects are important metrics, but they only tell part of the story. We also look at how actively partners use our solutions, how many new markets we enter together, and how strongly partners engage in joint initiatives. Most importantly, our partners need to see clear business value. That could mean new revenue opportunities, additional customers, or access to new technologies. When our partners grow and succeed, it is the strongest proof that our ecosystem is working.
I’d be very happy if they said: It was worth it. If partners tell us that working with Natuvion helped them win new customers, expand their portfolio, and successfully deliver their own projects, we will have achieved a lot. Even better if they also say the collaboration was straightforward, professional, and built on mutual respect. A successful partner ecosystem is always a shared success.
